Some common questions we receive about our store.
Do you sell new books?
Our store specializes in used books. We may occasionally get a supply of new books but if you are searching for a title of a new book please shop our partner by going to shop> New Books in the main navigation.
Do you sell used textbooks online?
Yes! If we have a book in-store we can sell it to you online and ship it. Please fill out our Book Request Form to start the search or feel free to call or email us. We will do our best to find your desired selection.
Do you sell products in-store or just books?
We offer unique and fun products in-store such as stickers, bookmarks and gift baskets. We can even customize a gift basket for that special person. Stop by and see us!
Can I have the books shipped to me?
Yes, many titles are available in digital format from our online affiliates. You will see them listed along with other versions of the book, when available.
How will I know my order is ready for pickup?
If you filled out our Book Request Form and we have found you desired selection we will email and call you to let you know it is ready for pickup. Want it shipped? We can do that too!
Trading In Books
Bring us your gently used paper and hardback books, we will evaluate them and let you know how much store credit you may receive. This credit can be used for your purchase of eligible like items.
Do you take all books regardless of condition?
Exceptions can occur but we generally avoid the following: Books without covers, missing pages, smelly, or moldy If we have 3 or more of the same title we may have to refuse those titles Certain book categories we may have an excessive amount and we may refuse at that time
Can I get cash for my used books?
Sorry, no. We offer store credit only.
What if I have a large selection to trade in?
If you have more than 5 boxes please contact us to make and appointment. It may take us up to 24-48 hours to process all books, depending on volume received.
